Win more public tenders by reading fewer of them.
Every working day our system reviews newly published public tenders, keeps the ones that match your business, scores them and analyses their documents. A tender specialist then manages each bid you decide to pursue.
What we do
The system
Daily read
Every working day it downloads new tenders from the official portal, including short-deadline ones.
Sector filter
Drops anything outside your business, using keywords and categories set with your sales team.
Fit score
Scores each tender from 0 to 100 by how close it is to your product lines and ranks it by priority.
Document analysis
One sheet per tender with the object, buyer, estimated value, key dates and knock-out requirements: experience, certifications, guarantees and mandatory documents.
Bid / no-bid verdict
For priority tenders, a recommendation that quotes the eligibility requirements from the source, plus a bid pack with a checklist, win themes, a response outline and questions for the buyer.
Dashboard and briefings
A private dashboard with bids in progress and the deadline calendar, and email briefings for your team.
The specialist
Decides with you
Reviews prioritised tenders and recommends bid or no-bid, with reasons.
Prepares the documents
Puts together the list of required documents, annexes and guarantees.
Coordinates your team
Coordinates the technical response, pricing and signatures.
Tracks the deadlines
Questions forum, submission, clarifications and award.

How to start
Implementation
We configure the system for your company, calibrate it with your sales team and launch it in three weeks.
Monthly service
System operation, management of a monthly quota of bids and a weekly report. Minimum term of three months, then month to month.
Frequently asked questions
Do we need to install anything?
No. The system runs in an exclusive cloud instance and you use it through a private web dashboard under your own domain.
Which tenders does it cover?
Tenders published on TenderNed (Netherlands) and Mercado Público (Chile). Other portals on request. In Chile, framework agreements, direct awards and Compra Ágil are quoted separately.
How is it tuned to our business?
In the first weeks we set keywords, categories and scoring rules with your sales team. After that we adjust them based on your feedback.
What happens to our data if we stop?
It is yours. We hand it over in full when the contract ends.
