MenosClick is an AI, data and cloud consultancy run by Derson Ramos, registered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with a team in Santiago, Chile. We design, build and run AI, data and cloud systems for companies, including our Tender Intelligence service for public tenders. MenosClick is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

When you contact us or work with us, we may collect:

• Communication data: messages you send us by WhatsApp or email.
• Business information: company name, sector, size and the goals you share with us before or during a project.

• Booking data: the details of meetings you book with us through Calendly.

We use your data to:

• Respond to your enquiries and provide our services
• Schedule and hold meetings and project kick-offs
• Build and operate systems on your behalf

We never sell your data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data needed to provide our services.

We keep your personal data only as long as we need it to deliver our services and meet legal obligations. Client data is usually kept for the duration of the engagement plus two years. You may request deletion at any time.
